Shipping & Handling

We deliver all over Pakistan within 2–5 working days.
Shipping cost is PKR 250 for parcels under 1kg.

We offer both payment methods:

Cash on Delivery (COD). Delivery charges must be paid in advance.

Advance Payment Orders. Free delivery is offered on advance-paid orders.

Once an order is shipped, tracking details (where available) will be shared with the customer. Delays may occur due to public holidays, weather, or unforeseen courier issues.

Exchange / Return Policy

We accept returns within 3 days of receiving the parcel.
If the customer is not satisfied with the product, it must be returned unused, in original packing, and in the same condition as delivered.

We do not offer product replacement or exchange, only return.

A return is accepted if:

The product is unused

Original tags/packaging are intact

Return request is made within 3 days

Refund Policy

If the product arrives damaged or defective, customers may send it back and receive a full refund after inspection.
If the product is returned due to personal dislike, a refund will be issued once the item is received and verified to be unused.

Bank Transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash
Processing time: 2–5 working days after item approval.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

If a customer refuses to receive the parcel upon arrival, future COD orders may require full advance payment.

We respect and protect customer information.
Personal data such as name, phone number, address, and email is collected only for order processing and delivery purposes.
Your information will never be sold or misused.
